Check in time is after 2:00 pm (local time) and check out time is before 12:00 am(local time)

ARRIVAL

All guests are required to provide Malaysia IC or passport upon check –in.

Guests aged 17 or below must be accompanied by an adult during the stay. Children below 12 years old may stay free with existing beds in one guest room.

No pets is allowed in the hotel.

CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENTS

Bookings will be confirmed in real-time and your credit card number debited for the room charge for first night. Any extra charges, (eg: early check-in & late check-out) are payable upon arrival at Talents Motor Park Hotel.

If you are booking a promotion or package, please check the specific terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENTS

NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITION

For bookings which are stated as non-refundable, advance payment in full is required. The total paid amount including service charge is non-refundable in any case.

NO SHOW

In the event a confirmed booking will not be utilized (no show), the hotel reserves the right to cancel the remainder of the booking and to resell the guest room without notice.

REMINDER

In order to provide a healthy living environment, all areas of the hotel including guest rooms and corridors are strictly non-smoking. For any infringement, an additional charge may be imposed and added to the final bill. If any dispute arises, Talents Motor Park Hotel reserves the final decision rights.
